Our house was built in 1882. It is an old stone house in traditional Mediterranean style, located in the center of Brela. We completely renovated it in 2013. The house is just 50 meters from the coastline and some of the best beaches with pine trees. All restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, bakeries, and a pharmacy are also just 100 meters from the house.

At the same time, the house is situated in a quiet area among old, mostly private homes that don’t host too many guests even during the high season. It is also away from hotels and any noise.

The house has four floors and two entrances – one from the ground floor and another from the first floor via stairs. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet and shower cabin. A living room with an easy-folding sofa is located on the first floor. There are two bedrooms on the second and third floors. An additional toilet is on the second floor, and a balcony with a perfect panoramic sea view is on the third floor.
